TriGuard Security Gateway - False alarms are virtually eliminated with our approach to TriGuard Security monitoring (Note: This is not the same as central station monitoring). When the TriGuard Gateway receives an alarm from your security system, it recognizes your unique alarm signal and promptly sends an alarm notification to your personal contacts, informing them of the security alert, the exact device that was activated and the address where the activation occurred. The phone number where the system is located will be called first to verify the alarm. If no one answers the phone, or if the incorrect pass code is entered, the next contact on your list is notified. When you receive the call, you have the option to accept or cancel the alarm. You are always in complete control of your level of security.
